I was reminded of my old livejournal blog. Although I have long lost my access credentials for the blog, I remember how fun it used to be to be able to go back and read my really old blog entries. There are potential risks and then there are rewards. Old blogs bring back memories. I don't care about bad memories anymore. But the good memories are worthwhile to keep.

Is there a relationship between art and spirituality? Is art spiritual because an artist looks within himself and uses his imagination to create a piece of art? But if that is really spiritual, what about a piece of art that derives its inspiration from an external source. What if the article is inspired by a landscape or nature or by an existing piece of art itself. And what about photography because a photograph itself is a depiction of an external, existing object. Are imagination and creativity really forms of spirituality?
